The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Arseniy Yatseniuk has laid the flowers to the monument of the perished Kyiv citizens and prisoners of war.

During two September days of the year 1941more than 30 thousand Kyiv citizens, mostly Jewish people were shot.
